Snapshot Sweets: Monkey Bread

Tired of boring desserts like Pillsbury cookies or Betty Croker cake mix?  Monkey Bread is a great alternative and is even great for breakfast in the morning!  Here’s how to make it.

First preheat the oven to 375 and grease a Bundt pan. Take four cans of biscuits and cut/tear each biscuit into fourths.  Then, mix together the cup of sugar and two teaspoons of cinnamon.  I recommend mixing this in a bowl with a lid.  Next, dip the biscuits into the cinnamon sugar mixture (or put a few pieces in the bowl with the lid and shake them around… it saves time!)  Cook for 25-30 minutes and let cool in pan when done.  Finally, flip the pan onto a serving platter and enjoy!
